u can either sit in your chair
or if u can.....
put your feet on the chair
and squat

let your body feel weighted

allow the awareness to remain here while we begin
the unified chakra and thruout

like a glowing ball of Light.
*Breathe Light in again through the center of the Heart
and allow it to expand and encompass the Throat Chakra
and the Solar Plexus Chakra in one unified field of Light
within through and around your body allowing your body to relax.>
*Breathe Light in again through the center of the Heart,
expand and encompass the Brow Chakra and the Navel Chakra
in one unified field of Light within through and around your body
allowing your physical body to open.
*Breathe Light in again through the center of the Heart,
expand and encompass the Crown Chakra and the Base chakra
in one unified field of Light within through and around your body
allowing your body to open even further.>

and around your body allowing the Spiritual body to merge
with the physical fields.

allowing the Oversoul to merge throughout the unified field.

allowing the Christ Oversoul to merge throughout the unified field.

allowing the I AM Oversoul to merge completely

I would like you to invite the highest level of your Spirit appropriate
to this moment to radiate forth from the center of the Heart
filling the unified field completely with your own Light.
**Now i would like you to run a grounding cord
from the Omega Chakra up through your spine,
up into the unified field, centering and grounding you
into your vastness,
into your Future Self, your Spirit, the Universe and the Holy
Spirit (Shekhina).
(however you wish to think of it, allowing you to stabilize
completely into what you are).

run another grounding cord down into the core of the Earth
and stabilize into the Holy Spirit which descended there
in the Spring of 95'. Allow both cords (the one running up and
the one running down), to be continuous....
flowing up AND down grounding into the Holy Spirit.
Also from the Omega Chakra, run 7 to 12 lines of light
in a cone down below your body, point in the Omega and down,
centering and grounding you across multiple realities (the hologram).
**After you've unified your chakras and created the unified field,
cover the outside of the field with gold mesh.
State that the gold mesh will let only Love and Light in and out.
